Judges Set To Lead Appropriate Dispute Resolution
"Appropriate dispute resolution (ADR) will be enshrined in Victoria’s courts with a proposed law confirming that judges have the power to lead mediation in civil cases to resolve disputes more quickly and cheaply, Deputy Premier and Attorney-General Rob Hulls announced today."
