ADR to make tax suits' disposal fast: Shafique

Dhaka, Nov 24 (bdnews24.com) – The law minister has said the government has initiated steps to ensure quick disposal of tax-related cases through alternative dispute resolution (ADR). 

"The procrastination in the settlement of the tax-related cases is discouraging the foreign investors. Foreign investment in the country will rise, increasing revenue if tax-related cases are disposed of promptly," Shafique Ahmed said on Thursday.
