08.07.2008 – The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted The Justice Sector Reform Strategy for the Period 2008-2012, which includes a detailed plan of development of judicial sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The plan consists of five pillars, one of which is „Support to economic growth”, which includes measures on commercial mediation and alternative dispute resolution. Most of the measures relate to promotion of mediation to general public and commercial sector, education and training of mediators and ensuring quality of mediation services.
