The third absentees: a factor to have present In the Labor Mediation not only takes part the involved directamentes actors, but that also exists other beings that of some or another form try to influence in the final result of a Labor Mediation. The article that is given and that outside presented/displayed in the First Congress of Labor Mediation, gives a vision us on those who could possibly be these Third Absentees. Los terceros ausentes: un factor a tener presente En la Mediación Laboral no solamente intervienen los actores directamentes involucrados, sino que también existen otros entes que de alguna u otra forma tratan de influir en el resultado final de una Mediación Laboral. El artículo que se entrega y que fuera presentado en el Primer Congreso de Mediación Laboral, nos da una visión sobre quienes eventualmente podrían ser estos Terceros Ausentes.
