Law 1876, Of 7 March 1999, Concerning Free And Collective Bargaining And Other Provisions

Law 1876/1990 on “Free Collective Bargaining”, which includes OMED as an integral part, has a long history and was voted unanimously by all the members of the Coalition Government. OMED is the first trial of multi-party cooperation and is therefore supported by all political parties.
