Training : Seminar on the mediation, the conciliation and arbitration

"The action of the Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration of Haiti (CCAH), aims to encourage the use of appropriate dispute resolution procedures. To carry out its mission, the CCAH has organized Saturday at the Ritz Kinam hotel in favor of professionals from different industries, a seminar on mediation and arbitration. This activity is part from a perspective of training of managers that may be able to act as an arbitrator in cases of resolution of commercial disputes between traders in the business sector, but also on the state level. The students have received after training, a certificate of participation that empowers them, after a test, to be at the service of body of Arbitration of the CCAH."
