"Sonepat, Jan 25 (PTI) Haryana will soon get its first District Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre which will help provide quick out of court settlements. The foundation stone for the centre was laid yesterday by Justice Altamas Kabir, Judge, Supreme Court and Executive Chairman of National Legal Services Authority. "As Primary Health Centres have proved beneficial to the health sector, the DADRC will play an important role in legal aid and legal service sector," Kabir said. The DADRC aims to provide quick out of court settlements which are informal in nature. These centres provide the option to parties to settle their matters in a satisfactory manners by spending a lesser amount."
