Another Milestone Etched in the World of Mediation

Following four days of intense competition, the 3rd ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition reached a fitting finale on 18 February. Teams from the FGV Sao Paulo Law School and the University of California Hastings College of the Law were pitted against each other to mediate a complex business deal, with the Brazilian team prevailing as the winner.
