A LAW TO ESTABLISH THE LAGOS MULTI-DOOR COURT HOUSE AND FOR OTHER CONNECTED MATTERS

THE LAGOS STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY enacts as follows:

Establishment of the Lagos Multi-Door Court House

1 (1) ThereisestablishedabodytobeknownastheLagosMulti-DoorCourthouse(referred to in this law as “LMDC”).

(2) a. b.

The Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse shall be –

an independent, non-profit body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal; acourt-connectedAlternativeDisputeResolutionCentrewithitsofficeslocatedwithin the High Court of Lagos and any such other suitable locations as the Council shall approve.
