"Addressing a seminar on “Alternate Dispute Resolution” in Lahore Thursday, he said that alternative arbitration system is spreading in all over the world and the system is being adopted due to its qualities. He said that this system is established in Pakistan in form of Panchayet and Jirga but social evils are not allowing the system to get flourished."
