Supreme Court Rules on Family Mediation

Supreme Court Resolution in A.M. No. 01-10-5-SCPHILJA,
dated October 16, 2001, prescribed guidelines in institutionalizing and
implementing the mediation program in the Philippines, and designated for
that purpose the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) as the component of
the Supreme Court for Court-Annexed Mediation and other Alternative Dispute
Resolution (ADR) Mechanisms.
