Court-Annexed Mediation on Wheels

"Picture this: Simple slipper-wearing, umbrella-carrying folks approach a bus and board it. They sit inside and a cordial discussion develops. They know the vehicle is not going anywhere. But they recognize it will serve as a venue towards a noble destination: the settlement of their disputes.

The bus: the Justice on Wheels  mobile court which is now being used as a Mobile Philippine Mediation Center for court-annexed mediation or mediation for cases referred by courts."
