UK Intellectual Property: IPO unveils consultation on proposals for mediation in patent disputes

"The government has unveiled proposals that give the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) extensive powers to mediate when patent disputes arise.  The proposals have been put forward for public consultation which will run until 4 September this year."
