Workplace mediation moves welcomed

"Moves to promote the resolution of workplace disputes through mediation rather than at employment tribunals have been welcomed by experts.

The Government has announced pilot schemes in Manchester and Cambridge for smaller firms, offering a network of trained mediators which ministers hope will cut down the number of tribunal cases."
