Draft Law about Mediation in the Ukraine

German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation has translated the Draft Law "About the mediation" in German.
This law creates the legal conditions and determines the general principles of conduct the mediation in Ukraine as a procedure that is used for fast and efficient decision of conflicts and disputes (google translation).
