"The Alternative Dispute Resolution Center Manual is an update of the 2006 ADR Pilot Project Management Manual ("The Manual") for Court-Referred Mediation prepared for the Balkans ADR projects. The new updated Manual offers comprehensive guidance on how to run an ADR center, governance mechanisms, processes, outreach activities, case management, etc. for mediation and/or arbitration services. The Manual is rich in case studies from all over the world, and lessons learned from active ADR centers. It also includes a case management database system (on CD) which is available for our clients, and is accompanied by detailed user instructions.  The database will be available for downloading shortly."
